The Scantraxx label has already reach 10 years of age, and we surely can't let that go unnoticed. In order to celebrate this achievement, Q-dance and Scantraxx will come together again in the Heineken Music Hall (NL) on the 14th of April.

With Scantraxx being the cradle of successful artists like Frontliner, Wildstylez, Headhunterz, and D-Block & S-Te-Fan, you can be sure that they will all be present for this special night. Back in 2002, founder Dov Elkabas – better known as The Prophet – had a vision: to put hardstyle on the map worldwide. And, it worked!

Thank you all for your support last night. It was amazing!
We just started in 2005 and we already hosted our own event in the Heineken Music Hall, unbelievable!

Next month our album E=NC² will be released. We're very proud of our first album and we hope you like it as much as we do.

Funny to see that people get all worked up and confused the moment you don't spin what THEY want you to spin or EXPECT you to spin.

In my opinion that's exactly what is wrong with the attitude nowadays. "we need to put this music AND ecspesially this DJ in a box, so we can classify, brand and store it".

In other words. IF you are a DJ who actually likes all kinds of styles AND is able and willin...g to spin all to his liking or depending on the party you are fucked instead of hailed for being multi talented.

Where i come from that is called "boringville" and i will NEVER bow for that attitude.
So whenever i spin, just be prepared for good music that I CHOOSE instead of what YOU want me to spin for YOU. Foooookkkkkkk DAT, or as Rage against the machine already put it; Fuck you i won't do what you tell me!

I wish that more DJ's and visitors would adopt this attitude, than maybe a lot of parties would be again much more interesting.

Qlimax 2011 - More Info & FREE Anthem

For almost a decade now, November has been synonymous to Qlimax for Q-dance. 2011 is no exception: once again, hardstyle lovers from all over Europe will gather at the GelreDome for this unique event. After a heavy summer of festivals, partygoers are sucked into a long night of the hardest music and awesome shows.

In 2010, Q-dance wanted to surprise Qlimax’ visitors with a different setup. The stage was built on the long side of the room to create a bigger dance floor and allow everyone to witness the show from close by. It was also decided to divide the show evenly between the DJ’s introductions and their sets. Afterwards, however, part of the crowd turned out to appreciate the show and dancing area less than previous years.

Therefore, Q-dance sees Qlimax 2011 as payback. Back to the old setup, with a dark, hard Qlimax show like you’re used to from Q-dance. With enough room to party, hundreds of speakers providing proper sound pressure on every part of the dance floor, and a mystical show just like Qlimax regulars have come to expect it.

All the top elements of the previous nine editions in the GelreDome will be packed together for this edition of Qlimax. Q-dance would already like to announce that upon entering, every visitor will be seen as a guinea pig in the biggest dance laboratory in the world. Come prepared!

Of course, a new edition of Qlimax means a new anthem. An anthem that is raw, dark, and especially hard, made this year by Zatox. In order to get into the proper Qlimax mood beforehand, Q-dance and Zatox would like to give you the anthem as a present. You can download it for free here. Enjoy!

Next Saturday (1 October) at 13:00, ticket sales will start exclusively on Q-dance.nl and it is already possible to book travel arrangements. These arrangements include regular or VIP Qlimax tickets, 1 or more nights in a hotel of your choice and transfer to/from the GelreDome. Your airplane flight is optional and can be booked directly with your package.

Project Hardcore 2011 - CANCELLED!

After much excitement and high hopes for the upcoming edition of Project Hardcore 2011, b2s have unfortunately had no choice but to cancel. This was not their decision and was due to the license for the evening being revolked.

"The municipality of Zoetermeer has just informed b2s that, despite the many years of cooperation and good preparation for the event Project Hardcore 2011 the license has been revoked. This has to do with the renovation that recently took place at the location where the event would have been held, the PWA SilverDome in Zoetermeer. Because of this renovation, new fire regulations are demanded and also a so called TNO-Rookvultijdenmodel. Both of these are official reports which the location should have handed over to the Fire Brigade and the municipality. Unfortunately, despite several requests from our organization and from the municipality these official reports have not been handed in. This means that only 1500 visitors are allowed into SilverDome while thousands more tickets have been sold.

Therefore the municipality of Zoetermeer was forced to cancel the event because the overall safety cannot be guaranteed. We, as an organization, regret this issue a lot and are staggered by this. We have put in every effort possible to ensure that Project Hardcore 2011 could continue, but unfortunate this could not be done.

Two days before the start of the build-up of the event it is no longer possible for us, as an organization, to find another solution for this major event. Therefore the only thing we can do is to abide by this decision. b2s stands for quality and we cannot guarantee you the quality in this way. Visitors pay a lot of money for their tickets and we would like to give you the best for this. This has been taken away from us by the revocation of a license. We feel very sorry for all the visitors who had a ticket for Project Hardcore. Everyone could not wait and was very excited about it.

All the people who have purchased their ticket for upcoming Saturday; your purchase, also the service costs, are fully refunded by the account you paid by Paylogic, the ticketpartner of b2s. You do not need to apply for reimbursement. You will receive the refunded money within two weeks if you have paid with iDeal. If you have paid by creditcard , this will also be processed within two weeks but depending on your creditcard this could take a month."
